Requisitos:
- • Proven experience in leading sales teams.
- • Successful track record in meeting call and appointment setting targets.
- • Strong understanding of financial markets and related products.
- • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
Actividades a realizar:
- • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed established objectives.
- • Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate team performance and make continuous improvements.
- • Provide training and professional development to team members.
- • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and achievement of organizational objectives.
Ofrecemos:
- • Base salary.
- • $1,000.00 Food vouchers (Vales de despensa).
- • 12 Vacation days per year (become available after 6 months).
- • 15 vacation days on December (obligatory).
- • Christmas Bonus: 30 days salary (Aguinaldo).
- • Attractive Bonuses (USD).
- • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Friday (3 breaks per day).
- • Breakfast bar.
