Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

Proactive work ethic and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
An analytical and creative mind with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a SaaS-based media company.
Experience in the entertainment business is highly desirable.
Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English - mandatory) corporate/media lawyer based in Mexico City to help us maximize efficiencies across the company, increase revenue and protect the brand. As an -in-house- position, you-ll have the opportunity to advise on many areas of the law, with an emphasis on cross-border partnerships, IP ownership, ideating best practices for contract completion and management at scale, and generalist skills (e.G., finance, administration, and human resources, etc.,). The right candidate also understands the importance of direct, regular communication with leadership to help the business grow and protect it from risk.
