Requisitos:
Job Requirements - A minimum of one year of successful experience making outbound telemarketing calls, specifically for real estate and or mortgage campaigns. Familiar with real estate and mortgage terminology at a moderate level. No fear of making outbound cold calls. Advanced conversational and listening skills. The ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish at a Tier- I level.
Actividades a realizar:
Ability to type 25- Wpm, moderate computer skills, moderate experience with using a Dialer, ability to work the assigned weekly work schedule.
Ofrecemos:
A $4,200mn weekly (including attendance bonus and there is a Semana astrasado)
- A $3,000mn hiring bonus* (restrictions apply)
- A schedule from Mon to Fri 10: 00 am to 7: 00 pm (weekends off)
- Uncapped weekly commissions ($100mn for every qualified real estate lead submitted)
- Uncapped monthly commissions for every real estate transaction that closes ($50 USD to $100 USD per transaction).
- Full Mexico Labor Benefits (after the training period is successfully completed)
