DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requisitos:
At least two years of experience in human resources, preferably in learning and development or training. Experience in a non- Rofit or legal environment is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written language skills in Spanish and English.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills; strong cross cultural and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze information, tracks processes, identify problem, and develop solutions.
Project management ability with orientation for details and ability to work independently as well as contributing as a team member.
Strong technological skills, proven record of system and process implementation.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline- Oriented environment with a keen orientation for details, and work both independently as well as a contributing member of a team.
Excellent discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work within an office environment and have regular interaction via telephone, videoconference, IM, and email with KIND's team.
Actividades a realizar:
Reviews and maps current learning and development processes to identify workflow, responsibilities and improvements. Reviews results and reports KPIs.
Implements learning and development functions to system; follows up on usage and effectivity, and
reports on a timely basis.
Projects communication of the status of processes and systems implementations, and management.
Supports current learning, development and performance system administration, reporting and troubleshooting.
Assists in the creation of internal career paths; helps to identify high potential individuals, determines work abilities, and professional support needed to engage and retain new talent.
Supports the employee engagement and experience program, including system setting, administration and reporting; provides training and guidance to KIND staff and supervisors.
Maintains L&D inbox by responding to employment related inquiries and forwarding requests, as necessary.
Coordinates HR events such as listening sessions, meetings, committee calls and presentations; documents and records effective meeting notes, as needed.
Supports the Learning and Development team with facilitating new hire orientations; coordinates and assists with employee offboarding tasks and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
