An important company of Manufacturing is launching their plant in Querétaro, looking for their Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Description

The main responsibilities are:

* Assist with the implementation and annually updates the compensation program, conduct annual salary surveys, analyze compensation
* Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary. Monitor career-path program and employee relations counseling, conduct exit interviews
* Implement Labor Relations policies, negotiations with union workers.
* Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution,
* Conduct recruitment effort for workers; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conduct reference checking; extend job offers; conduct new-employee orientations;
* Establish and maintain department records and reports and KPIs. Participate in administrative staff and Operations meetings. Attend other meetings as necessary
* Establish organizational charts, write job descriptions as

necessary;
* Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
* Works on payroll with firm and internal responsible team

Profile

Bachelor's Degree. Masters desired.. 5 years of expertise in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of labor law in Mexico, experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, management of workers union. Experience with international companies, reporting to other countries. Great communication, Leadership, self-driven, decision maker and business partner. Advanced English is a must.
