Know how to use Whats-App for business oriented

Worked with CRM before or platform that manage support tickets of clients

Formal protocol for mailing

Online chat experience
Actividades a realizar:
Manage platform of tickets, follow up until the requested is attended

Manage contact in Whats-App with the clients

Keep track of client-s requests

Manage lead status in the CRM (Zendesk) to assign/reassign to sales agents

Generate Weekly report of tickets and status

Assist client with problems with their account (password, schedule appointments)
