This is a part- Time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to decision makers and developing long- Term relationships. The role also requires the ability to work independently and remotely.
Qualifications
- Existing relationships with HR/Payroll decision makers in small to medium businesses is a must- Have
- English fluency with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Associate or in a client facing role providing SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of driving business success and revenue
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly communicate their value proposition
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in tech, payroll, HR, benefits or related industry/sector is a must- Have
- Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment is a must- Have
Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients
- Put together outreach campaigns
- Schedule meetings with leadership team
- Communicate with internal sales and product management regarding customer needs
