Use English within a working environment.

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Schedule building and facilities- maintenance.

Handle customer-s situations (answering questions, complaints, follow up and remainders of tenant-s payment, lease questions and renewals, setting up appointments).

Paperwork (new tenant move in, move outs, posting monthly rent charges, support supervisor)

Bank reconciliations.

Data entry in various platforms for different purposes (incomes, payments, services reports, customers questions, rental deals, maintenance services, etc).

Follow up on scheduled works, documentation, appointments, and tickets in the CRM system.

Actividades a realizar:
Supporting the company's administrative tasks such as keeping a record of daily services done up to customers service activities, the on-time delivery of administrative tasks to allow the operational team to complete their services punctually, and being the link between the customer and back Office.
